We provide clearly defined delivery timelines to help customers understand when to expect their orders. Estimated delivery schedules are calculated based on order cut-off time, handling time, and transit time.

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery dates, delivery times may occasionally vary due to carrier-related issues, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Estimated delivery information is displayed on product pages and during checkout for transparency.

Order Cut-off Time

Orders placed before 4:00 PM (GMT-05:00), Monday through Friday, are eligible for processing on the same business day.

Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or on U.S. public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Handling Time

Handling time refers to the time required to prepare your order for shipment after payment confirmation.

  • Handling Time: 1–2 business days
  • Processing Days: Monday – Friday

During this period, orders undergo verification, quality checks, packaging, and dispatch preparation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Transit Time

Transit time begins once an order has been shipped and handed over to the shipping carrier.

  • Estimated Transit Time: 3–4 business days
  • Transit Days: Monday – Friday

Transit time may vary slightly depending on the destination within the United States and carrier performance.

Total Estimated Delivery Time

The total estimated delivery time is calculated as follows:

Handling Time (1–2 business days) + Transit Time (3–4 business days)

Total Estimated Delivery Time: 4–6 business days

This timeframe applies to most orders shipped within the United States.

Prices, Taxes & Currency

All prices displayed on Capnity are listed in United States Dollars (USD).

Applicable sales taxes, if required by law, are calculated and displayed at checkout. Customers are responsible for ensuring that billing and payment details are accurate at the time of purchase.

Shipping Cost

We offer flat-rate shipping for all eligible orders within the United States.

Flat Shipping Rate: $10 USD per order

The shipping cost is clearly shown at checkout before payment confirmation. There are no hidden shipping fees.

Shipping Carriers

We partner with reliable shipping carriers to ensure timely and secure delivery of orders. Carrier selection may vary depending on destination and operational requirements.

Product Condition & Responsibility

All products are inspected prior to shipment to ensure they are new, unused, and properly packaged.

Responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer once the order has been successfully delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.

Incorrect Address & Address Verification

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, delivery delays may occur, additional shipping charges may apply, and orders returned due to address errors may not be eligible for a refund.

Capnity is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect address information submitted by the customer.

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided the order has not entered the handling or shipping stage.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

Tracking Information

Tracking information is provided once an order has been shipped and becomes available from the carrier.

Please allow 24–48 hours after dispatch for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Regions

Capnity currently ships within the United States only.

International shipping is not available at this time.

Delays & Exceptions

Although we aim to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to weather conditions, carrier operational delays, high-volume periods, or events beyond our control.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and supporting details.

We will review the issue and work with the shipping carrier to determine an appropriate resolution.
